Account structure
Account Structure
Unsung Fields Cloud uses an unique system made to be intuitive and easily scalable as your team expands.
All accounts must be tied to an organization and an user-group. And all accounts are divided into two tiers; Administrators and Users.

The Organization
When you initially register to the Unsung Fields Cloud, an organization and an administrator account is automatically created. If you are working alongside a team, we recommend that you add any other member into the organization using the “Users and Groups” tab.
User Groups
Inside the organization lie user-groups. As all user-accounts must be tied to a group, the initial administrative account is placed inside a default user-group.
Users can be part of multiple user groups.
Administrators
Administrators have full control over the organization. Only administrators have sufficient authority to create new user-groups, add new accounts, or buy and transfer credits.
However, this does not mean they don’t have access to compute-nodes. As even administrators must be tied to an user-group, they can simply use the wallet of their user-group to reserve access to our servers.
Users
Regular users. They can exchange credits to reserve and use compute nodes.
Account actions
Creating new user groups
From “Users and Groups”, head over to “Groups”. Press “Add User Group”, add in a Group Name, perhaps a note, and select the Server Groups which shall be available for that group.
Now, press “Add” and the user-group will be created.
Adding new accounts
Simply head into “Users and Groups” and press “Add User”.
Fill out the required fields of the form, choose the most appropriate tier (admin, user), and the user-group which the new account shall belong to and press “Add”.
Adding and removing user-group access
User-group access can be easily edited through ‘Users and Groups’. In the ‘Users’ tab, simply click on the user and scroll down. Through ‘Add group’, new groups can be added to the list at the bottom. Clicking on the ‘x’ next to the group name will remove the user from the group.
Removing Accounts
In the ‘Users’ section of “Users and Groups”, search for the account you want to be removed and click on the relevant “trash can” symbol. After confirming your action, the account should be deleted.
